Let's Ask Jesus

This is the Bluester reporting from an undisclosed location in the Holy Lands. I'm waiting around to talk with the Nazarene teacher I've heard so much about. Oh, there he is now.

"Jesus? Jesus would you answer a few questions for us back home in America? Many Americans are wrestling with the political issues going on in their country. Can you tell us about adults preying sexually on teenage boys? What do you think about this issue, Jesus?" Bluester asks.

Jesus ponders a while, then says, " Blessed are the little ones, for of such are the kingdom of heaven."

Bluester goes further, " Well, what if Republican Congressmen covered up for one of their House buddies who sexually preyed on teenage boys under his mentorship, what should happen to men like these, Jesus?"

Jesus' eyes show fire as he quickly responds, " It would be better for scum like that if a concrete slab was tied around their necks and they were thrown into the sea. And do you know why this would be better for them? Because my Father is gonna' fry those suckers when he gets his hands on them."
