"A top US official has described the suicides of three detainees at the US base at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, as a "good PR move to draw attention".
Colleen Graffy told the BBC the deaths were part of a strategy and "a tactic to further the jihadi cause", but taking their own lives was unnecessary.
But earlier, the camp commander, Rear Adm Harris said he did not believe the men had killed themselves out of despair.
"They are smart. They are creative, they are committed," he said.
"They have no regard for life, either ours or their own. I believe this was not an act of desperation, but an act of asymmetrical warfare waged against us."
Just a few words.
I think this act of asymetrical warfare suicide, a hideous act very much like the 9-11 acts, calls for a Summit, perhaps called the Asymetrical Summit, to see if a new war will be necessary. A war like no other, a war with no borders, no borders between countries, no borders between life and death, a war, in fact, with a dead enemy, a dead enemy asymetrically warring with us and of course a war of no end because death has no end. What war could it be..why yes, the war shall henceforth be called the Global War on Asymetrical Warfare Suicide or GWAWS.
And a new war needs a new Act of Congress. I know. We'll call it the Asymetrically Patriotic Act. This new Act should give W., the Supreme Decider, new Decider powers to use unlimited military force against this dead enemy. Everything on the table, nuking the dead, everything. And to gather intelligence against this new
dead enemy we will bring in our faith based leadership to communicate with this deadly dead enemy.We will need new asymetrical intelligence agencies which we don't currently have and it will require new and cutting edge hardware and software so that all the agencies can not only communicate with each other but also with the dead enemy asymetrically. It will be hard work to filter through all the communications of this new and very dead enemy. And it will require the temporary full suspension of the 4th Amendment because you see a dead enemy has no due process rights so that means no one else does either. Would you rather be dead or have rights? Dead people don't have rights and that's why we're warring against them.
And the media will have to adjust to this new paradigm. The MSM will generate and perpetuate the new meme that these new dead enemies should be called Asymetrical Homiciders instead of Asymetrical Suiciders. Colleen Graffey is on to something here, don't you think? I think she has uncovered the veritable motherlode of advertising. Let's examine the core value as all good conservatives would do. It looks to me like the core value here is killing yourself to promote your product. Now on first glance you would think there is nothing new here but that's the beauty of it. It's literal. Can you believe it? It was right there in front of us and we couldn't see it. Literally, get some bedsheets, rig them up and hang yourself IN ORDER to sell your product or service. Pure, pristine, asymetrical brilliance.
You can see it can't you? Bands committing suicide to promote their new CD. Bankers will hang themselves on TV to get your mortgage business. Potential customers will be so traumatized by this new public relations blitz that new business will go up exponentially. After all who could resist someone who had just killed himself so you would buy his product. And really now, let's be honest, doesn't this sound like Christianity anyway? This is going to work out great. Someone call Karl Rove.

this is great. i want to know what you are doing about the movie rights, after all which would you rather have, human rights or the movie rights?. we can get george romero (night of the living dead) to produce and direct, then get him to kill himself the day of release. Briliiant!
Those are great ideas! It's movie rights all the way with me. Those asymetrical public relations mavericks and business guru Islam-o-fascists are really on to something. By God freedom IS on the march. W., I salute you.
