Presidential IQ's

Occasionally Bluester is inspired. Either that or he has fucking indigestion. He gets those two confused at times.

But I promise you, you are gonna' love this....

A report published last week by the Lovenstein Institute (www.lovenstein.org) of Scranton, Pennsylvania, detailed its findings of a four month study into the intelligence quotient of President George W. Bush.

The study says margin of error is 5%. Take a look at this list of modern era American presidents with their corresponding IQ's.

182 – Bill Clinton [D]
175 – Jimmy Carter [D]
174 – John Fitzgerald Kennedy [D]
155 – Richard M. Nixon [R]
147 – Franklin Delano Roosevelt [D]
132 – Harry S. Truman [D]
126 – Lyndon Baines Johnson [D]
122 – Dwight David Eisenhower [R]
121 – Gerald R. Ford [R]
105 – Ronald Reagan [R]
098 – George Herbert Walker Bush [R]
091 – George W. Bush [R]

Honestly, I just supposed everyone knew that GOP presidents would be a bit dimmer than their Democratic counterparts. No, I did. It's to be expected, isn't it? I mean, Jeebus, GOP'ers don't need no learning, and they sure as hell don't need no teaching in the area of government, negotiations, foreign policy, or scientific research. GOP'ers are way too smart to be duped by all those liberal, commie, atheist professors. They simply refused to listen in those classes. They already knew all the answers.

They know in their "gut". They know by consulting their "higher father". They have common sense.

They don't need no stinkin' high IQ, whatever the hell the ACLU is trying to do with a number like that anyway? Fucking ACLU.

Empirical data, consensus, overwhelming evidence? Who needs it? GOP'ers know because they just know. They're born with it. It comes with the silver spoon.

Let's be candid. I'm just not going to hold it all in like I usually do. How much intelligence does it take to break shit up? How much schooling do ya' really need? From the looks of things lately, I'm just sayin', maybe 6th grade elementary. I think that was when the slower boys were still playing with their plastic army men under the lid of the desktop. So, 6th grade it is. GOP president only requires 6th grade intelligence level. W fits right in when ya' look at it like that. A veritable fucking bookworm, even.

And we must give intelligence credit when the credit for it is given intelligently. (Reread that one) And here's a good place to insert this..... ol' Bluester comes in ahead of the best Republican but less than the top three Dems, and that seems about right to me.

Here's what the report says about W's strong points, if indeed he had any....

his lack of scholarly achievements other than a basic MBA,

George may not know, but MBA stands for Master's of Business Administration. George lacked any scholarly achievements, that stuff is for sissies and queers and atheists, nevertheless, he got an MBA.

Why is this significant? Let me put it this way. How can someone steal a whole bunch of other people's money and get away with it over and over and fucking over unless he learns how to do it oh-so-legally? I mean, Christ, that ain't easy. That's what the MBA degree is all about. Bush's "higher father" tells him who to kill and maim and how long to continue to do it, but his god doesn't know where all the loot is.

"Intelligence is as intelligence does" somebody's momma probably said at one point or another. I've been watching this bunch of genuises, led by Mr. 91, and what their intelligence has been doing. Ya' know what I see? The 6th grade boys with their desks and their pretend army men. That's what I see.

Spiteful Leader

Americans, at least honest Americans, you know, "reality based" Americans, can't understand why Bush would consider sending in even more targets, I mean troops, to Iraq when virtually every bit of advice, from the recent election to the Generals in charge of Iraq, has been to NOT escalate the situation. Why would he go against everyone? This might help to understand what kind of guy the Codpiece really is....

"[In] December, during a visit to his parents' home in Washington, Bush drunkenly challenged his father to go "mano a mano," as has often been reported
.Around the same time, for the 1972 Christmas holiday, the Allisons met up with the Bushes on vacation in Hobe Sound, Fla. Tension was still evident between Bush and his parents. Linda was a passenger in a car driven by Barbara Bush as they headed to lunch at the local beach club. Bush, who was 26 years old, got on a bicycle and rode in front of the car in a slow, serpentine manner, forcing his mother to crawl along. "He rode so slowly that he kept having to put his foot down to get his balance, and he kept in a weaving pattern so we couldn't get past," Allison recalled. "He was obviously furious with his mother about something, and she was furious at him, too."

At 26 years old George was still a defiant, spoiled little boy who, if he couldn't have his own way, would make it difficult for everybody.
George is still weaving in and out in an act of defiance, only this time, it's in front of the entire American population

I told you that story so you could understand this...

"Although the president was publicly polite, few of the key Baker-Hamilton recommendations appealed to the administration, which intensified its own deliberations over a new “way forward” in Iraq. How to look distinctive from the study group became a recurring theme.

As described by participants in the administration review, some staff members on the National Security Council became enamored of the idea of sending more troops to Iraq in part because it was not a key feature of Baker-Hamilton."

You can see the dynamic at work, surely you can. Georgie is "calling his daddy out" for a fucking showdown. W.'s going to show his daddies buddies what he thinks about them sticking their fucking noses in to his business. So what's he do? Does just the opposite of what ol' Jimmy Baker's group suggested. Because just the opposite will work? Well hell no. He could care less about that. He's simply weaving his bike in front of the ISG and the American people , flipping them the bird.

Unbelievable isn't it? He's going to send in more troops because that's something the ISG DIDN'T recommend. Now that is a very fucking sick leader of the free world, don't you think?

Surge This

I think it is fairly inarguable now that this administration is the first fully corporate style leadership we've ever seen in America. The GOP'ers even bragged about Bush Jr. being the first CEO president. OK.

Now what is the one central focus today of corporate America as far as product or services are concerned? Isn't it branding? Have you been paying attention to what I told you about branding?

The word "surge" in the Three Stooges meet the Marx Brothers approach to "The New Way Forward" (also a brand), is a new brand name word. Bush branded his policy by getting us to hear the word "surge" at least a million times.

Here's the definition of surge: a strong, wavelike, forward movement, rush, or sweep: the onward surge of an angry mob.

This is not what is going to happen with "The New Way Forward" now, is it? Of course not. But that's what everyone has been trained to think. We only have 9000 total soldiers to rotate.

Bush will not be sending a strong, wavelike, forward movement of troops into Iraq. He will not be rushing or sweeping soldiers into Iraq. The truth is, whatever policy he has in mind, the word "surge" has nothing to do with it, unless, we are talking about a new surge of cash into the corporate entities coffers who service the killing industry America has been running at full production for 5 years now.

Humans have a brain. That brain is not fully understood. I do not believe we are an intelligent species on many issues, but in the world of images and sounds and words and music, it doesn't appear that we are able to make our brains work very well to discern what is being done to us and why.

Test this out some time. Turn on the TV while others are in the room and see if anyone can resist looking at the moving images. We're helpless, almost.

I believe it's the same with words like "surge" and phrases like "The New Way Forward". If we hear and read them enough times we cannot discern anything else but the word and the phrase. We are almost helpless.

The phrase "war on terror" is another one. You notice I don't use it. It's a phrase to get us to accept a brand that I don't want to buy into, I know the brand is a lemon.

And when even the left blogs that I respect pick up the word "surge" and continue it along, playing right into the corporate crooks plan, I know something profound is underfoot.

We are being dissected psychologically and focus groups and demographic magnification experts are providing the instruments to do it with. It all leads to disinformation. The purpose of the exercise is to disinform. To not tell the actual truth about the product or service or war. We're trained, by looking at images that are not truthful and words that don't mean what they mean, to buy the brand. To accept the product. To go along with a "stay the course" war.

That and that alone explains how in the hell ANYBODY could go along with escalating American targets in Iraq after all we now know. In 2002 and the first months of 2003, my brain was screaming, "what in the hell is going on, surely someone will stop the Iraq invasion, surely these people and Blair and Powell, surely you guys aren't going to do this" but they did.

The same thing is happening now. It has to be because we cannot help ourselves in the face of such a calculated way of communicating. Once again, it has become surreal. No one can tell me who we are at war with. No one can tell me what we are doing in Iraq . No one can explain how long we will be there. And yet, we are going to escalate our presence in Iraq and hand more tax dollars to Republican cronies "servicing" our brand name wars.

Well, I have a brand name for these folks.....Fuckers.

War on America

George is continuing his war on America.

Better start checking your mail, to see whether it's been opened. Last year I tried to explain to conservatives how the Dictator in Chief had been using his illegal and unconstitutional "signing statements" to formally announce his refusal to obey laws just written by Congress.

Now he's going to open our mail. Do you think them there fucking ter'rists are hiding in our mail now?

President Bush has quietly claimed sweeping new powers to open Americans' mail
without a judge's warrant, the Daily News has learned. The President asserted his
new authority when he signed a postal reform bill into law on Dec. 20. Bush then
issued a "signing statement" that declared his right to open people's mail under
emergency conditions. That claim is contrary to existing law and contradicted the
bill he had just signed, say experts who have reviewed it.Bush's move came
during the winter congressional recess and a year after his secret domestic
electronic eavesdropping program was first revealed. It caught Capitol Hill by
surprise. Link

Here's the text of Bush's newest signing statement. Here's the President telling the Congress and the American people what he'll do with our mail, like it or fucking not.

"The executive branch shall construe subsection 404(c) of title 39, as enacted
by subsection 1010(e) of the Act, which provides for opening of an item of a
class of mail otherwise sealed against inspection, in a manner consistent, to
the maximum extent permissible, with the need to conduct searches in exigent
circumstances, such as to protect human life and safety against hazardous
materials, and the need for physical searches specifically authorized by law for
foreign intelligence collection."

The intervention that was the election didn't take in Bush's brain. I think he IS going to have to be arrested. The charge would actually be treason to the country via violation of the Constitution.

In a nutshell George is setting down two exceptions to getting warrants before opening mail, as the law calls for. The first is in two parts. The first of these "to protect human life"...no one need go any further because that excuse alone would be enough of a catchall, but not to these traitors, the second of these, "hazardous materials"...who defines this? It's just silly but they are, sadly, serious.

The second exception is "foreign intelligence collection". This one is right to the point. If they want to gather what they call "foreign intelligence" they'll "collect" your mail without a warrant. Guess who gets to determine whether it's "foreign intelligence" or not? That's right the fucking Decider. Lawlessness, that's what the hell it is.

And let's be real here. This is in a signing statement. That means they have already been doing this. They already have been opening our mail without warrants. That's one of the reasons Bush does signing statements, to justify his ongoing criminal behaviour.

He needs to be arrested.

Here's Tony Snow when asked about this...

"Now, wait a minute. Peter, what he said is that there are some times that he believes that the implementation language does not meet constitutional muster. And rather than getting into Congress's business, those signing statements have been looking for constitutional ways to fulfill the will of Congress and get them done effectively."

Get a load of the fucking Snowman. "...the implementation language does not meet constitutional muster...."

Did the courts rule on this bill already and I missed it? WTF How in the hell does the executive branch know it doesn't pass "constitutional muster"? The executive branch, that's headed by the President, is usurping the power, if Frosty the Snowman is correct, of the Judicial Branch. Once again, we're headed into a Constitutional crisis focused on the separation of powers.

The Snowjob goes further..."those signing statements have been looking for Constitutional ways".

The executive branch, if they believe this crap Frosty is spewing, has now decided the entire government is in the hands and decision making power of the President. He decides what is Constitutional, he decides who an enemy combatant is, he decides what torture is and what it's not, he decides if a passed law will be implemented or not, he decides which rights we have, he decides all wars and conflicts himself, he decides what money will be spent.

He needs to be arrested. And I am deadly fucking serious.
